So today is day 3 of my MV Diet Detox. I am down 3 pounds from Monday. Monday I weighed in at 130... this morning 127. So far I am pretty happy with the diet and the results. I finished the book last night. What I like about is that A) this thing is really easy for me to follow B) the author provides a way to break the detox so as not to shock the hell out of your system and a maintenance plan to follow to keep the weight off. I am also learning how to use spices and lay off on the salt - as well as how to tell when something isn't right with my body. anyhow... so yeah... This morning I felt a bit nausiated... but water and tea settled it and it passed quickly. I am not hungry on this diet... and not using any caffine or diet pills. Thats a first for me. I am also feeling quite energetic and am not smoking, all with ease. Anyhow... back to work...
